How long does shipping take for international orders?

International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days. We provide a tracking number via email as soon as your timepiece has been dispatched from our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Do Sea-Gull watches come with a warranty?

Yes, every authentic Sea-Gull watch purchased through our store comes with a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues.

Are Sea-Gull watches water-resistant?

Most of our models are water-resistant ranging from 3ATM to 20ATM. Please check the specific product description for the rating of your chosen model before exposing it to water.

Do I need to wind my automatic watch manually?

If worn daily, the natural motion of your wrist will keep the watch powered. However, if the watch has stopped, we recommend manually winding the crown 20-30 times to build the initial power reserve.
